Accountant

Reporting to: Managing Director, Viet Nam

General Description
The Accountant is responsible for overseeing the company's accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing accurate and timely financial reporting.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
- Prepare financial statements and tax reports: VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT
- Manage AR/AP, debts, and reconcile with overseas logistics agents
- Manage accounting books, P&L reports, tax declarations
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards and international practices.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including timely submission of tax reports and payments.
- Develop and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts to support management decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities regarding financial matters.
- Provide guidance and training to accounting staff to enhance professional development.
- Achievement: Built a transparent cost management system.
