Accountant

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will support the headquarters' financial operations by reviewing payment documents, maintaining accurate accounting records, controlling costs and liabilities, and preparing financial and management reports. This position is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and collaborating across departments to strengthen financial compliance and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review payment application documents to ensure compliance with internal finance procedures and company policies.
• Support other departments by providing clear guidance on preparing and submitting payment application documents.
• Upload invoices and documents into the accounting system accurately and on time.
• Record, monitor, and control costs and liabilities related to contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain accounting and financial records in a systematic and well-organized manner.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports, financial statements, and management reports.
• Review financial data to ensure accuracy and provide meaningful support for revenue and cost management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial advice and operational support.
• Contribute to improving financial forms, internal controls, and reporting processes for greater efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant and Group Finance Director.
