Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Chief Accountant Certificate (Chứng chỉ
Kế toán trưởng) required
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting laws and tax regulations
• Experience in ERP/accounting software
• Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail
• English proficiency is a must
• Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
