Accounting ExecutiveGlobal Mind Agriculture PTE. LTD.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:
A. Accounting & Report functions
1. Handle accounts for subsidiaries;
2. In charge of the accounts and handling month-end closing for local entities;
3. Check & review subsidiaries' accounts and reports of GMA Group;
4. Responsible for AP, AR & fixed assets and month-end closing activities;
5. Prepare journal entries;
6. Process payment for approved invoices and claims;
7. Maintain fixed asset register and balance sheet and income statement;
8. Check and process payment and accrual entries, generate adjustment entries, and assist in preparing profit and loss statements and balance sheets during month-end or quarterly closing.
9. Control and maintain month-end reconciliation to financial statements;
10. Reconciliation for the inter-company transaction, ensure inter-company transactions comply with related party transaction regulations;
11. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal control policies & their compliances;
12. Maintain the filling system in a safe condition and compliance with accounting;
13. Liaise with all internal departments for reports, external auditors, bankers, tax agents, and Statutory Board.
B. Tax
14. Prepare GST (VAT), withholding tax report, and submission in accordance with tax regulations;
15. Liaise with external auditors for statutory audit and tax agent;
16. Assist in preparing corporate income tax, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements.
C. Other assigned duties as requested and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
