• Responsible for all the accounting sections: revenue and expenditure activities, AR, AP, costing, inventory, cash and bank management.
• Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and Group financial standards.
• Supervise and lead the accounting team in daily activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
• Monitor internal controls to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Responsible for all legal matters relating to tax and accounting.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance, ensuring the company adheres to tax laws.
• Responsible for training and mentoring team members, as well as ensuring ongoing development of the accounting team.
• Collaborate with external parties (tax, audit) during annual audits and ensure timely submission of all required documents.
• Support management in decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.

Finance Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years' experience. Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
Skills & Competence:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws.
• Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel is mandatory) and experience with accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong time management and team-work.
