Accounting Manager

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department;
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles;
- Improve/develop necessary procedures for accounting activities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Be in charge of financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements (IFRS reporting package along with group schedules and coordinate with Group FI-GA team for Group consolidation; VAS financial statement reports in accordance with Vietnamese regulations/standards)
- Coordinate budgeting and planning processes.
- Track and analyze the variance between actual business performance vs planning.
- Oversee and manage the tax activities to ensure the compliance with local tax laws and regulations;
- Responsible for first review all payments (except for salary payment) and authorize all bank internet payments (except for salary payment);
- Give proposals with Line Manager about accounting and finance management to increase effectiveness in Accounting & Finance Department
- Update and study newly - released legal documentation from government (circular, decree...)
- Supervise, train and mentor members of the accounting team.
- Laise with State Agencies, auditing teams, banks if necessary;
- Implement other requirements, assignment from Line Manager
