Accounting Officer (Account Payable) (Hanoi Head Office - 627)

Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting Accounting Officer (Account Payable) in Hanoi Head Office
- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd Floor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Job description:
1) Record accounts payable/expenses for AEONMALL Vietnam to ensure that all AP and expenses are recorded correctly and timely; Well communicate with other departments to collect sufficient accounting information for monthly booking (35%)
2) Check payment requests received from departments and process cash payment/bank remittance for all suppliers/partners correctly and on time (30%)
3) Consult other departments on accounting, tax, and contract matters (10%)
4) Prepare AP monthly/quarterly reports; prepare list of input VAT invoices (10%)
5) Support consultant and auditors for monthly/yearly review (5%)
6) Handle accounting's administrative jobs: managing document storage, bank documentation processing, ... (5%)
7) Other duties as assigned by the Supervisors (5%)
