AEONMALL Vietnam Co., Ltd is a core enterprise of AEON group, specializing in shopping mall development and business operation. Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Accounting Officer.
+ Work location: AEON MALL Ha Long/ AEON MALL Thanh Hoa
+ Working time: On average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
+ Report to: Executive
1. Daily check tenant's sales report, bank data and handle all issues ensuring the accurate sales and bank data and collecting tenant's sales and deposit timely and fully
2. Daily assist tenant's using payment system, training tenant about Aeonmall's payment rules, payment system, handling all issue of payment system
3. Updating the tenant master and making settlement (periodically settlement for tenant sales' data, tenant's bank data, tenant's fee)
4. Checking tenant's sales, working with tenant and sales team to give the accounting conclusion about tenant's violation and cheating sales
5. Deploying the new payment system, solving issues of payment system in order improve the quality of system
6. Supporting tenants in opening and closing store
7. Making report, supporting other division and other tasks as assigned by management
8. Other tasks assigned by superiors
1. Bachelor degree;
2. Candidates who have 1 - 3 years of experience in the relevant field is an advantage. Fresh candidates are also acceptable and trained.
3. Good communication in English and Vietnamese;
4. Have good teamwork spirit and customer-focused mindset;
5. Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).
6. Good Negotiation and Data analyzing skills.
