WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Team Management & Leadership
Oversee the daily operations of the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial tasks and reports.
Assign projects, monitor workloads, and provide direction to staff to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Address and resolve team personnel issues including performance management, absenteeism, and workplace conflicts.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
Monitor and analyze departmental activities to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and best practice implementation.
Develop and enhance accounting procedures to optimize the use of resources while upholding accuracy and compliance standards.
Training & Development Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
Provide coaching, training, and guidance to both new and existing team members to strengthen technical and professional capabilities.
Partner with team members to set annual goals and objectives, monitoring progress and offering feedback to support professional growth and career development.
Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
Proactively track, evaluate, and report team performance to the Board of Management and senior leadership.
Ensure transparency and accountability in all reporting, offering insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Build strong client relationships and understand business needs and expectations.
Lead regular meetings to provide updates on service delivery and performance.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues or escalations.
Ensure delivery meets agreed SLAs/KPIs and provide regular reporting.
Identify improvement opportunities to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Management on special projects and strategic initiatives.
Carry out other responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the success of the team and organization.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Must have
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or Management (Accounting/Finance preferred).
At least 5 years of professional experience, including 1+ years in a team leadership role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AR/AP processes, and reconciliations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting, analysis).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Amenable to work on a night shift.
Nice to have
CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification.
Experience in a BPO or shared service environment.
Background in process optimization, automation, or system implementation.

WORK LOCATION: Onsite at The District Tower, 159C De Tham, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, D.1, HCMC
WORKING HOURS: 9AM - 6PM (Mon-Fri)
