Key responsibilities
Lead the accounting services team: assign work, and control the quality and timeliness of deliverables across the client portfolio
Act as the main point of contact for clients, including foreign-invested (FDI) clients, communicating in English
Review and take responsibility for periodic tax filings, annual CIT and PIT finalization (including for foreign employees), and financial statements
Handle tax explanations and work with tax authorities during client tax audits and inspections
Oversee labor records and social insurance; finalize PIT for foreign employees
Coordinate with digital signature, e-invoice and banking partners; support company incorporation procedures
Advise clients on and implement digital transformation; apply AI in the team's workflows
Review the team's payroll, PIT returns and social insurance files before they go to clients
Train and coach team members; work with the Board of Directors to standardize service processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or a related field
5+ years of experience in accounting services, including team management experience
Solid knowledge of tax filing, tax finalization and tax explanation procedures; labor records and social insurance; PIT finalization for foreign employees
Proficiency in MISA and FAST accounting software; skilled in using AI tools at work
Good English communication (spoken and written email) with foreign clients
Strong leadership and organizational skills; able to work under deadline pressure
