Accounting Specialist (Asset Accounting or Cost Accounting experiences)

A. Fixed Asset Accounting
Check and record all costs related to company assets, including asset additions, disposals, transfers, and allocations.
Create and maintain fixed asset and tool codes in the accounting system.
Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct periodic and ad-hoc physical asset inventories.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of fixed asset master data.
Monitor asset capitalization, depreciation, and amortization in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
Prepare fixed asset reports, including asset movements, capitalized interest, depreciation forecasts, inventory results, and asset utilization analysis.
B. Cost Accounting & Analysis
Collect, verify, and consolidate data from relevant departments to ensure accurate and complete product cost calculations.
Calculate and review product costs, ensuring accuracy and consistency in costing methods.
Analyze cost fluctuations and compare actual costs against budgets and standard costs.
Monitor and control inventory transactions, including material receipts, issues, and stock movements in the accounting system.
Prepare cost reports and analyze production costs by product, production line, and department.
Identify cost variances and provide insights to support cost control and management decisions.
C. Reporting & Other Responsibilities
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc accounting reports as required by management.
Support internal audits, external audits, and tax inspections by providing relevant financial data and documentation.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), accounting regulations, and internal policies.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve data accuracy.
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
