General Requirement:
Biz Trip Expense Management:
Sales Incentive Settlement:
- - Receive & review payment requests to ensure compliance with Company standards, Accounting principle and Vietnam Tax regulations
- - Ensure accurate and adequate journal entries posting including month-end & year-end closing entries
- - Work closely and maintaining good communication with other departments for payment process, accrual process & other processes
- - Assist in preparation of supporting documentation for audits or regulatory visits
- - Other job requirement will be conducted upon Accounting Team Leader's request
Biz Trip Expense Management:
- - eview and verify Biz Trip expense payment documents to be compliant with Company regulation
- - Check system data to be consistent with documentation and journal entry posting
- - Manage overdue Biz Trip settlement in system and remind PICs for overdue clearance
Sales Incentive Settlement:
- - Check and clarify Sales program category
- - Verify Sales incentive settlement documents and issue Incentive receipt to customer
- - Record journal entry to create AP for sales incentive
- - Manage system data and prepare reports as requirement
Job requirement:
- Have experience in general accounting or account payable
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
- Attention to detail, high sense of responsibilities
- Willing to handle urgent tasks or work overtime
