- To ensure delivery of Aging report, all Tax reports involved to AR sub-ledger;
- To perform accounting activities with extra carefulness and to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all information in the accounting reports to the Deputy Manager/Manager and the concerned authorities.
A. Frequent tasks:
- Review all Payment Notification and A/R Voucher (for internal control), Debit Note (for internal use only) to customers include but not limited to Rental fee and management fee, utility charge (electricity and after office hour air-con), Car parking fee, and other miscellaneous charges;
- Review and prepare official receipt when tenant pays deposit, and payment voucher when the company returns the deposit amount to tenant;
- Follow up the tenants' payment process after issuing invoices. Report to the Manager and remind the tenants when a payment is overdue;
- Perform cashiering works include but not limited to: issue (collect) cash payment to (from) customers, tenants and other employees; produce daily cash report to the Manager update the cash log of the company everyday; and ensure the accuracy of the cash on hand amount handed over by the Manager; control petty cash;
- Prepare aging receivables report of previous month (upon requested by the Manager)
- Review following reports to the Government's agencies/GD include but not limited to: statistics report to Statistics Department, forecasted receivables report for specific period;
- Prepare Journal Vouchers related to Accruals, Prepayment, Revenue, Other income/expenses;
- Review AR log-book, update aging log-book and revenue details.
- Review the list of input & output VAT in monthly report.
B. Others:
- Follow and review leasing contracts with tenants to see whether there is any change in the contract regarding the payment terms, fees or other new agreements between the company and tenant;
- Provide the receivable figures for the Deputy Manager to prepare the audit schedule;
- Perform and assist the team member to fulfill the relating tasks assigned by the Deputy Manager/Manager/
Finance Manager;
- Follow up other tasks assigned by the Deputy Manager/Manager/Finance Manager (if any).
1. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance;
2. Experience:
• At least 02 years experience;
3. Skills:
• Be fluent in English;
• Excellent communication skills, especially to Tenants;
• Good analytical skills;
• Accuracy and timing of reports;
• Gathering and analyzing information to make the report;
• Thorough understanding of IAS, VAS and general tax knowledge;
• Excellent in using Acc Net4, Accounting System and Microsoft operating systems.

• Work well under pressure.
General Work Standards
- All transactions, reports must be prepared on time, accuracy, and meet accounting standards and requirements.
- All payment notice/invoices to Tenants must be issued on time and accuracy.
- Payment process should be critical followed up.
Internal Activities/External Activities
1. Internal:
- Coordinate to related employees and HODs to implement assignments in compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. External:
- Liaise with related agencies, authorities to handle assigned tasks.
