Dream Job Alert! $1,000/month salary awaits! We're hiring an Accounting Supervisor (Machinery) for a foreign investment company. Responsibilities:
Supervise daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Manage accounts receivable/payable, cash flow, and supplier payments.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) to Group and local authorities in compliance with corporate standards and Vietnamese law.
Monitor and control operating costs, support budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure full compliance with Group policies, accounting standards, and Vietnam's tax and financial regulations.
Support audits (internal/external) and implement corrective actions when needed.
Maintain proper documentation and enforce internal controls across accounting functions.
Supervise and develop accounting team members to ensure high productivity and accuracy.
Contribute to establishing sound accounting and compliance systems.
Support management in decision-making through financial insights and analysis.
Help protect and promote the company's reputation through ethical practices and professional standards.
Requirement
Male/Female, 30 - 45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years in accounting roles, including 1-2 years in a supervisory position.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese accounting, tax laws, and group reporting requirements.
Good command of English (verbal & written).
