Mô tả công việc
Record and manage financial transactions using accounting software with accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (VAT, CIT, PIT, WHT) for clients on time and in accordance with local regulations.
Prepare full sets of Financial statements, including Balance sheets, Income statements, Cash flow statements, and accompanying Notes.
Provide support during tax inspections, tax refunds, and external audits.
Stay current with changes in tax regulations and industry practices relevant to FDI clients.
Maintain proactive communication with clients, especially foreign investors, to provide timely support and consultation.
Coordinate with team leaders on task progress and report status periodically.
Perform other accounting and tax-related duties as assigned by the department head.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
At least 01 year of working experience in tax and accounting, ideally with exposure to FDI clients.
Previous internship experience in auditing is a plus.
Solid understanding of Vietnamese tax laws and accounting standards (VAS).
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with international clients.
Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of managing multiple assignments.
