I. JOB SUMMARY
The Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible for managing and reconciling all incoming payments to ensure accurate recording and timely resolution of discrepancies. This role supports financial integrity by handling multi-channel payment reconciliation, processing variances, and ensuring accurate month-end closing in compliance with company policies.
II. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Objective: Ensure accurate receivable recording, reconciliation, and timely financial closing.
Manage and reconcile various payment methods at store level, including cash and e-wallet/partner channels (Payoo, MoMo, Gojek, LoShip, VNPay, ZaloPay, FacePay, ShopeePay, SmartPay, Viettel Post, etc.).
Identify, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies with stores and external partners promptly.
Perform regular reconciliation of transaction data against invoices, reports, and partner statements.
Record and input bank transactions accurately into the accounting system.
Review archived files against system data and make necessary adjustments to ensure data accuracy.
Perform month-end closing tasks, including processing outstanding differences and carrying forward unresolved items.
Prepare reconciliation reports and provide variance explanations when required.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarification.
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.
