Job Description:
1. Administrative Support
- Assist with various administrative tasks of the Department.
- Support and organize the meetings, the schedules
- Composes memos and other correspondences as the Department requested.
- Receive records and documents from departments, and coordinate with coworkers to check and ensure the docs before submitting to the MD for signing.
- Proceed expenditure payment monthly relevant to the department.
- Assistant booking of all the travel requirements and others needed by the Department.
- Other tasks without the scope of work.
2. Meeting Management
- Arranges meeting facilities (rooms/projectors/food etc.). Assists during meetings and as needed.
- Ensures timely room reservations for meetings.
3.Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate appointments and schedules for executives
- Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication flow within the organization.
- Relay important messages and announcements to relevant parties promptly.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or security incidents by following established protocols.

Requirements:
- Good English Communication
- Graduated from intermediate level/college or higher and major has a related field is a priority (Accept non-experienced level)
