We are looking for a highly organized and proactive QA Coordinator to join our growing team in Northern Vietnam. As a key position within our quality management structure, the QA Coordinator will bridge day-to-day factory operations with regional quality standards. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication among international stakeholders, track quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Quality Coordination & Operations
• Act as the primary point of contact between Skechers regional office and local tier-1/tier-2 factories in Northern Vietnam to align quality standards.
• Follow up on factory audit results, compliance tracking, and technical assessments.
2. Data Management & System Tracking
• Maintain, update, and manage product quality data, technical specifications, and inspection reports using ERP and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Prepare weekly/monthly quality performance dashboards and KPIs reports using Microsoft Office applications.
3. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
• Facilitate cross-border communication, translation, and technical documentation between local factories and regional management teams.
• Coordinate sample reviews, trial-run evaluations, and commercialization quality readiness.
• Support QA expats in their immigration process and documents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), or Technical Development within the Footwear or Apparel/Textile industry.
2. Language Proficiency (Crucial Requirement)
• Chinese (Mandarin): Good conversational and technical level to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking factory technicians, masters, and key stakeholders.
• English: Good professional working proficiency (written and spoken) to report straight to regional managers and handle international documentation.
3. Technical & Soft Skills
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (advanced Excel for data tracking, PowerPoint for reports).
• System Experience: Hands-on experience working with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) or ERP software is a strong advantage.
• Highly Organized: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keep meticulous records, and follow up rigorously on long-term quality improvement plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a high-level mindset capable of balancing everyday operations with long-term brand standards.
