As an Admin cum Receptionist, you will:
Manage company's hotline and receive phone calls (including incoming and outgoing calls)
Draft official documents and announcements within and outside the company.
Manage machinery, equipment, and office supplies.
Guide and welcome company visitors and new employees.
Manage company books, library discs, and documents.
Manage conference rooms and seat layouts within the company.
Handle necessary procedures and paperwork for employees on business trips.
Ensure the overall aesthetics of the office.
Manage and archive official correspondence and documents at the company (including incoming and outgoing letters).
Support events organized by the People team or the company.
Report tasks to the Head of HR and Administration.
Achieve operational objectives of the HR and Administration department.
Manage seat-layout of employees
Perform other assigned tasks or handle unexpected administrative and employee-related matters
