Key Responsibilities:
Perform office administrative tasks
Manage office equipment, ensure it is always operational.
Work with suppliers on procurement, payment, acceptance procedures, ensuring on schedule and quality
Handles Front Desk duties, acting as the first point of contact for guests, handling requests and directing them appropriately
Receive official dispatches and documents sent to the company, and transfer them to the competent level for resolution;
Focal point for sending official dispatches, papers and documents outside the Company;
Organize and archive all systems of official dispatches, papers, contracts and related documents;
Monitor and be responsible for managing schedules, timekeeping, and tracking employees entering and leaving the company
Arrange printing and photocopying of documents when necessary;
Plan purchases and payments according to Company needs
Other jobs:
Monitor compliance with company policies, regulations, procedures... Evaluate and handle cases of labor discipline violations according to authority.
Report work progress according to process
Monitor the implementation of company rules and policies;
Build a close relationship between the Board of Directors and employees
Make monthly human resource reports according to the direction of the Department Head;
Other tasks as assigned by the Department Head and Board of Directors
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of reception administrative experience
Agile, agile, with attention to detail
Proficient in using office information technology applications.
Dynamic, enthusiastic, persistent, hard-working, able to withstand pressure and high work intensity.
Sense of responsibility, honesty, meticulousness.
Have the will to progress, eager to research, learn and improve professionally
