Monitor Internet service renewal schedules and process payments for apartments, the Office, Warehouse, and retail stores; coordinate with vendors to collect complete payment documents and invoices.
Monitor water purifier filter replacement schedules; liaise with vendors to arrange replacements and process related payments.
Monitor and process waste collection service payments; manage waste collection contracts and remind stores to submit invoices on time.
Assist in processing employee reimbursement (claim) requests, including reviewing supporting documents, consolidating files, following up on missing documents, submitting for approval, and tracking payment progress.
Process advance payment requests, including petty cash for new stores, advertising (Ads), fuel expenses, business travel expenses, and other advance payments.
Process administrative payments such as parking fees, apartment management fees, security service fees, and other assigned operational expenses.
Track payment progress, maintain payment records and supporting documents, and coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely payments.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Manager.
Yêu cầu
Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Careful, detail-oriented, and accurate in handling data and documents.
Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take on challenges.
Responsible, cooperative, and able to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
Able to maintain and manage internal records and data while ensuring information accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
