Mô tả công việc
- Act as the primary point of contact for all documents needing further review before being submitted to the General Manager.
- Thoroughly screen and check all documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards, project requirements, and external regulations.
- Ensure that all documents are fully reviewed, validated, and approved before being submitted to the BOD for final decision-making.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain document integrity and compliance.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents received, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify any discrepancies or issues that require correction and work with the relevant departments to resolve them.
- Maintain a system for tracking documents submitted to the BOD, ensuring timely delivery and approval processes.
- Ensure that all relevant information is accurately compiled and presented to the General Manager in a clear and organized manner.
- Ensure that deadlines are met and that all documents are processed promptly.
- Communicate with staff to clarify any questions or issues related to document
submission and review.
- Assist the General Manager in prioritising and managing their workload by ensuring that only properly vetted documents reach their desk.
- Prepare regular reports on document control activities and status updates.
- Analyze document management processes and recommend improvements.
- Responsible for Planning, Coordinating, and Monitoring all Departments to meet requirements (with General Manager)
- Perform Other Tasks as may be Necessary to Facilitate the Work of the General Director & Manager.
Yêu cầu
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
● Graduating from an International University (English-speaking university) is highly
preferred.
● Fully fluent in English, both in communication and writing.
● Preferably holds an English certificate (with a minimum IELTS score of 7.5).
● 03-05 years of working experience in screening documents in a bilingual environment
at least.
● Prior experience in a document review or quality assurance role is preferred.
● Strong proof-reading skills and attention to detail.
● Strong ability to identify and correct errors and inconsistencies in documents.
● Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle
multiple tasks and deadlines.
● Experience in a corporate or professional setting where document accuracy and
compliance.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
