Job description:
- Administrative & receptionist task
• Be the main contact for receiving and sending company dispatches and documents, drafting of forms/template.
Maintain and properly arrange administrative documents, letters, and minutes (both in scanned version and hardcopy) .... to ensure having full set of documents (tidy, complete, accurate)
• Checking MXA staff 'expense (affordability, invoice/receipt.) and prepare the batch number
• Booking ticket/hotel for employee/experts/customer for business trip purpose, organizing periodic health checks for MXA's employee
• Provide general support to visitors
Answer and make phone calls directly
Maintain contact lists
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments if any
• In charge all management and operation of facilities
Order necessary office equipment such as supplies and stationery. Responsible for directly contacting the repair party when there is a problem with office equipment.
• Translating task: Translate documents Vietnamese ⇔ English as required.
• Stock management: present at warehouse for import container when its arrival and physically checking stock at warehouse every month.
• Prepare sales contract and manage delivery minutes.

- Graduated College level or above.
- Experience in office administration and Sales admin preferred.
- Well spoken and written in English
- Proficient in MS office
- Agile, vivacious, cheerful in communication
