Main Purpose of the Job
Reporting to Assistant Director, the Retail Administrator is responsible for assisting the Operation Manager to handle all the documents for self-operated stores, retail operations and assist AD all the related admin task, contracts and dealing with tenants. Make sure all the assigned tasks completed properly and on time.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate with all related departments for required documents to support Retail Operations. (e.g. PR, PO, payments, stocks, etc.)
Assist AD and Operation Manager to prepare weekly sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information.
Ensures all Security, Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to in order to provide a safe and secure Retail environment for staff and customers.
Ensures all company policies, and standard operating procedures are communicated to tenants and maintained and followed through in a consistent manner.
Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit.
Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
Always remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards.
Assist the AD and Assistant Manager to coordinate tenants move-in and move-out with staff, maintenance, and security.
Assist AD all the contracts, addendums of leasing, franchising, and consignment.
Make sure all the admin tasks and documents of Retail to be completed correctly and stored properly.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Retail Supervisor.
Knowledgeable of the International and Local retail brands in Vietnam.
Ability to operate Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
Respond quickly to demands and thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
University graduate or equivalent preferred.
Ability to communicate in English to deal with tenants and internal staff from Asian and International countries.
Well-know about required T&C of leasing/ franchising contracts.
