• Initiate, manage and/or contribute to admission application, reviews and process improvement activities.
• Formulate and execute customer centric high-performance work culture in order to attain high level of stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure effective database management by self and sub-ordinate(s).
• Liaise with partner institutions to resolve the complex issues.
• Safeguard the integrity of client's data and office database.
• Provide comprehensive information and guidance to students regarding study programs, universities, course options, entry requirements, and available scholarships.
• Assist students in preparing and submitting admission applications to universities, ensuring all necessary documents are included.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in visa regulations and requirements for different countries.
• Guide students through the visa application process, helping them compile necessary documentation and preparing them for visa interviews.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses in our database.
• Collaborate closely with partner institutions, embassy officials, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth processes.
• Conduct thorough research on study destinations, program offerings, and potential career pathways to provide well-informed advice to students.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in international education and adjust advisory strategies accordingly.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance your expertise.
