Plan, set up, manage, and optimize multi-platform advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video), Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Take ownership of Google Shopping campaigns, ensuring optimized feeds, product performance, and maximized ROAS.
Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding strategy adjustments, and competitor analysis.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, creatives, and targeting to meet KPIs.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, pixel tracking, and platform dashboards for performance analysis.
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices across all paid advertising platforms.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing paid ads campaigns (Google Ads required; multi-platform experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Google Shopping setup, product feeds, and optimization techniques.
Excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and identify insights.
Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience in e-commerce or performance-driven advertising.
Google Ads Certifications (Search, Shopping, Display, etc.).
Experience with additional paid media channels such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
