As an Aesthetics Unit Manager, You will be in charge of Sales management by managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
You'll be the Product Expert for Aesthetics Unit in MinthaCare organization and will acquire knowledge on products, patents, and clinical research results, through training and documentation available from brands. Stays abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position.
Scope of Responsibilities
1. Marketing Operation
Manage and prepare all necessary documentation and material for the successful organization of events: Group presentations (dinners, lunches), workshop, CME...
Manage and prepare all necessary documentation and material for conferences and other format events planned according to the company's strategies.
Well cooperate with Medical associations and other partners to organize events.
Prepare content presentations according to company strategy for medical events.
Establishing relationships with KOLs in order to get their support and their endorsement.
You'll be in charge of Marketing materials and content: Brochures, leaflets, technical documents and other materials.
Coordinate with sales team to survey and evaluate the level of information reception, customer satisfaction, and trustworthiness with regard to products, brands, and salespeople.
Responsible for all contents and supporting documents relating to products on notification registration, advertising registration, and other dossier (if any).
2. Sales operation
Reaching planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Supervising, Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
The ongoing training of your salespeople.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Field visits and business trips to other provinces frequently
Bringing on board new customers and enhancing the market coverage
3. Internal Trainings
Organize and prepare all training on products, pathologies, and technical aspects for customers and internal team
Support medical representatives and provide answers to questions on products, indications etc. concerning Mintha Care products with the help of the Medical
Director, the trainers from brands.
4. Other missions
You'll be asked to be flexible and multitask. Other missions may include:
Event organization-related tasks (gifts and samples preparation, phone calls, invitation sending and attendance, guest receptions etc.)
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree preferred in Medicine or Pharmacy Bachelor degree.
At least 2 years in team management and 3 years in Aesthetics industry
Event-organizing skills
Self-motivated individual and result-oriented.
Strong communication skills and sales mindset
The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
A supportive and effective team member.
Must be able to communicate in ENGLISH.
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Medicine or Pharmacy Bachelor degree.
At least 2 years in team management and 3 years in Aesthetics industry
