Define and develop influencer/affiliate marketing strategies, including identifying target audiences, selecting relevant platforms, and setting campaign objectives
Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers/affiliates, content creators, and their representatives. Serve as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, negotiating partnerships, and managing contractual agreements.
Cultivate strong relationships with influencers/affiliates, acting as the primary point of contact for communication and support. Provide guidance, resources, and regular updates to maximize their performance and engagement.
Monitor and analyze influencer/affiliate campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting the impact of collaborations and identifying areas for improvement
Stay informed about the latest regulations and guidelines related to influencer/affiliate marketing and ensure all campaigns comply with legal requirements, disclosure rules, and best practices.
Develop and manage commission structures and incentive programs to motivate and reward their performance. Monitor commission payments and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to stay ahead of competitors.
Ensure influencers/affiliates adhere to program terms, policies, and ethical guidelines. Monitor and address any potential compliance issues, such as fraudulent activities or improper marketing practices.
Generate regular reports and insights on influencer/affiliate program performance, including traffic, conversions, revenue, and ROI. Utilize analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
