Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Relevant Microsoft certifications in Azure AI, AI application
development, or Power Platform are an advantage.
Skills
Strong hands-on Python skills for AI applications, automation, and system integration.
Solid experience with REST APIs, JSON, and databases.
Hands-on development of AI agents or applications using LLMs.
Ability to build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain reliable applications and automation workflows.
Experience with Git and standard development practices.
Strong problem-solving, ability to interpret business requirements, and effective communication in English.
Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agent frameworks, MCP, RAG, or function calling is an advantage.
Experience with automation and document processing tools such as Playwright, Power Automate, or OCR is an advantage
Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in AI application development, business process automation, or software development.
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or AI-powered applications in production.
Hands-on experience building business automation workflows for application integration, data processing, or automated data entry.
Experience delivering practical technical solutions with business teams is an advantage.
Knowledge
Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, business process automation, and application integration.
Familiarity with software development, testing, and deployment practices.
Basic knowledge of cloud services and enterprise applications.
Awareness of information security, data protection, and access control principles.
