We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and tech-savvy AI Creative Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This position plays a key role in exploring and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to the creative process and the production of advertising/communication content. You will work closely with the Creative and Strategy teams to experiment with and deploy AI solutions that optimize workflows and enhance the quality of creative output.
Key Responsibilities
AI Research & Experimentation: Proactively research the latest AI tools and platforms, especially in generative AI for static visuals, creative ideation, writing/scripting, and emerging AI video tools, then evaluate their applicability in client communication/advertising projects.
Content Production Support: Apply AI tools to support the Creative team in rapidly generating drafts, visual concepts, content ideas, and creative variations for campaigns.
Process Optimization: Suggest, test, and help implement methods for integrating AI into current workflows to improve the speed and efficiency of content production.
Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on the performance, cost-effectiveness, and potential applications of tested AI tools.
Creative Team Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions and utilize AI as a thought-partner to generate strong, breakthrough creative ideas.
Documentation: Build and maintain best-practice guides and internal documentation for the use of AI tools in creative production.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or final-year university student able to commit to a full-time role, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Design, Information Technology, or a related Creative field.
Strong passion for Artificial Intelligence and its application potential in the Creative/Communications industry.
Good foundational understanding of generative AI for static visual creation and willingness to further learn and explore generative AI for video production.
Hands-on experience with popular AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, Claude, Gamma, or similar platforms.
Basic video editing skills are a strong advantage.
Ability to learn quickly and independently experiment with new technologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write effective prompts for AI tools.
Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
