Role Description The AI Enablement Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The trainee will support AI consultants and engineering teams in researching AI tools and platforms, documenting use cases, and preparing materials that help clients adopt AI solutions effectively. Daily tasks may include collecting and organizing data for AI demonstrations, assisting in the configuration and testing of AI workflows, and helping create clear process documentation and training guides.
The role also involves collaborating with team members to identify operational challenges that can be improved with AI, summarizing findings, and contributing to internal knowledge bases. This position is designed for individuals interested in building a career in AI operations and enablement, with mentorship and structured learning throughout the program.
Qualifications
Foundational understanding of AI concepts, cloud computing, and data-driven business operations, with a strong interest in applying these in real-world environments.
Basic skills in research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving to assess business processes and identify potential AI use cases.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting workflows, preparing training content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Comfort with learning new digital tools and platforms, including AI applications, productivity software, and collaboration tools.
Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in a structured full-time schedule, demonstrating reliability, adaptability, and teamwork.
Relevant academic background or ongoing studies in fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related disciplines is beneficial.
Exposure to scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure) are advantageous but not mandatory.
