AI Engineer Behavioral Analysis / Fintech-High Salary

❖ Position Overview
We are developing Freeder - an innovative platform that diagnoses traders' behavior and provides coaching to improve their trading habits. In this role, we are seeking a Machine Learning / Deep Learning Engineer specialized in behavioralanalysis to analyze trading patterns, implement AI-based risk detection, and deliver improvement suggestions as a core function of the product.
❖ Responsibilities
Behavioral Analysis
● Develop models to detect habitual tendencies (e.g., stop-loss avoidance, overtrading, position size escalation) from traders' historical data.
● Build a behavioral risk scoring system for individual traders.

AI Coaching Development
● Generate personalized coaching messages by combining behavioral features with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) and RAG.
● Ensure the validity and safety of AI-generated advice.

Data & Feature Engineering
● Extract and design features from trading logs and time-series data.
● Collaborate with backend engineers to build data pipelines.

Model Evaluation & Operations
● Conduct backtesting and walk-forward testing to evaluate model performance.
● Work with DevOps/MLOps teams to deploy, operate, and monitor models in production.

Mandatory
● Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
● 3+ years of professional experience in machine learning / deep learning.
● Experience handling time-series data or behavioral data.
● Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, SQL.
● Strong knowledge and practical experience in feature engineering.
● Experience working with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT), including RAG, prompt design, and API integration.
Preferred
● Professional experience in Fintech, Trading, or Behavioral Finance.
● Experience in anomaly detection, recommendation systems, or reinforcement learning.
● Understanding of financial engineering and risk metrics (Sharpe, Drawdown, CVaR, etc.).
● Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
● Strong English communication skills (Japanese or Vietnamese proficiency is a plus).
