1. AI Model Development and Optimization:
Design, implement, and optimize AI algorithms for image processing applications to analyze product quality in industrial environments.
2. Data Collection and Labeling:
Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, preprocess, and label large-scale image datasets for training and evaluating AI models.
3. Model Training and Evaluation:
Train deep learning models (e.g., EfficientDet, YOLO, Detectron2, etc.) for product defect detection and quality analysis tasks, and evaluate performance using relevant metrics to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
4. System Integration:
Work closely with PLC team to develop and integrate image processing solutions into industrial production lines, ensuring stable operation and ease of use.
5. Performance Monitoring and Maintenance:
Continuously monitor the performance of deployed AI models, update them when necessary, and troubleshoot any issues arising in production environments.
6. Research and Innovation:
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in computer vision and machine learning technologies; conduct research to apply and enhance current methods for optimal performance and innovation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Solid understanding of Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts.
3. Proficient in programming languages such as Python and C++, or other relevant languages.
4. Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and Pytorch.
5. Proficient in image processing and numerical computation libraries in Python, including OpenCV, NumPy, and Pandas.
6. Knowledge and experience in solving Computer Vision tasks such as Classification, Object Detection, Segmentation, OCR, and Anomaly Detection.
7. Experience working with embedded devices (e.g., Jetson, Raspberry Pi) and AI model optimization using frameworks such as TensorRT, ONNX, or OpenVINO.
8. Experience working with databases (both SQL and NoSQL).
9. Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
10. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Proven achievements or award-winning projects in AI/Computer Vision competitions such as Kaggle, Zalo AI Challenge, or similar are an advantage
2. Published research papers or scientific contributions in journals or conferences related to AI or Computer Vision are a plus.
3. Experience with PLC programming is an advantage.
4. Proficiency in Japanese or English communication is an advantage.
