Your Daily Work:
• Develop and deploy machine learning models that solve real business problems
• Build AI applications: natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, data analysis, and more
• Create intelligent data pipelines that automatically process and learn from data
• Experiment with the latest AI technologies and techniques
• Work with real code, deploy to production, serve real users
• Collaborate with different teams across the company and globally
• Contribute ideas on how AI can improve our products and operations
What You'll Learn:
• Hands-on experience building AI systems end-to-end
• Work across different AI domains, not just one narrow area
• Deploy models to production and monitor their performance
• Best practices in MLOps, cloud platforms, and
software engineering
• Work in an international environment with global standards
• How to build AI that protects sensitive data while enabling smart decision-making
Yêu cầu
Must Have:
• Be able to comprehend the AI technologies, analyze existing workflows of the company and train other teams to use AI in their daily works
• Prompt skills to control ChatGPT and AI coding assistants
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related technical field
• Good Python programming skills
• Nodejs, PHP, Golang programming skills are plus points
• Understanding of basic machine learning concepts (supervised learning, neural networks, model evaluation, etc.)
• Experience with at least one ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar)
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and programming principles
• English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) to work with international teams
• Passion for learning and building with AI
Nice to Have:
• Personal AI projects, Kaggle participation, or research experience
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or Docker
• Understanding of MLOps and model deployment practices
• Experience with Git and collaborative coding
• Interest in AI safety, privacy-preserving ML, or responsible AI
• Additional language skills
• Willingness to travel for business
