The Job
- Develop and maintain AI-driven bots to automate in-game activities such as chatting, movement, or gameplay simulation.
- Build spam/chat simulation tools for load testing, chat moderation testing, or behavior analysis.
- Design AI chatbots that can communicate naturally with players (e.g., NPC dialogue or community chat).
- Integrate bots with game servers, APIs, and databases.
- Monitor and optimize bot performance, ensuring stability and scalability.
- Work with game designers to simulate realistic player behavior for testing or analytics.
- Ensure compliance with platform and security rules (no cheating bots for production).
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong experience with one or more of the following languages: Python, Go, or C# (Unity).
- Familiar with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, Rasa, etc.)
- Understanding of network protocols, WebSocket, or REST API communication.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or chatbot development is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset, ability to think creatively to simulate human-like actions.
Nice to have:
- Experience with reinforcement learning (training bots to improve gameplay).
- Experience working with AI moderation, spam detection, or anti-cheat systems.
- Understanding of distributed systems for running large-scale bot farm
