Department: User Innovation.

Report to: Head of User Innovation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop GenAI/LLM solution for finance such as sentiment analysis, OCR, Chatbot, etc.
• Develop deep reinforcement learning algorithms, backtesting, and evaluation for investment insight & trading
• Develop AI solutions for customer segmentation, clustering, and profiling
• Handle data processing: historical data collection and cleaning, live data feeding, feature engineering, etc.
• Prepare API to integrate with other platforms such as Web and Mobile app
• Participate in building dashboards to present market data, customer insights, etc.
• Work closely with other teams to make sure the success of the product/features
• Automating critical tasks and procedures for a data science team
• Performs other duties as assigned by Head of User Innovation Department.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in developing and deploying AI solutions
• Proven experience in applying AI to build products and use cases
• Hands-on experience in Pytorch, Python, Docker, LLM, etc.
• Proficient in MLOps, AWS, Database and SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
