Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of AI initiatives and projects.
Manage and coordinate AI development activities to ensure project quality and performance.
Develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML solutions to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver practical AI applications.
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and evaluate their application to real-world business challenges.
Monitor, test, and continuously improve AI models and systems to ensure effectiveness and reliability.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and related technologies.
Solid understanding of data management, data governance, and AI solution development.
Experience in AI project planning, implementation, and performance optimization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of AI governance, risk management, ethics, and relevant regulations is an advantage.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
