Job Description: We are seeking subject matter experts in Bio, Physics, Chemistry... to contribute to an AI evaluation project. The role involves designing research-level tasks that evaluate the reasoning capabilities of frontier AI models through authentic scientific and technical workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design realistic research-oriented evaluation tasks within your domain of expertise.
Prepare supporting materials such as datasets, literature excerpts, or technical documentation.
Write expert reference solutions with clear reasoning and scientific justification.
Develop and refine objective evaluation rubrics.
Ensure all tasks are scientifically rigorous, reproducible, and objectively verifiable.
Requirements
Master's degree or above (Ph.D. preferred) in Mathematics, Biology, Data Engineering, or a closely related field.
Strong research or professional experience in your domain.
Ability to analyze technical/scientific materials and synthesize evidence.
Strong English reading and writing skills.
Experience in academic research, publications, data engineering, or technical documentation is preferred.
Able to work independently and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

2.PhD Job
Sequoia is our highest-bar STEM project. ECs create authentic, research-level workflows that evaluate next-generation AI models, including experimental design, evidence synthesis, computational analysis, and research decision-making.
EC Requirements
Education: completed PhD, postdoc, or current PhD student
Research impact: Google Scholar h-index of 6 or greater (relaxed to 3 or greater for Mathematics)
Authorship: at least one first- or second-author publication. Second-author publications qualify only for advanced, actively researching ECs (for example, late-stage PhD students or postdocs).
Venue: the qualifying publication must be in the approved journal/conference list
Documentation: resume/CV, Google Scholar profile, h-index, relevant publication, and domain for every EC
