Job Description
We are looking for passionate and high-potential freshers who have strong programming fundamentals, growth mindset, and a strong interest in applying AI to software development.
This role is not purely about AI research or machine learning modeling. Instead, it focuses on becoming an AI-powered developer - someone who can effectively use AI tools, LLMs, automation frameworks, and modern engineering practices to solve real business and technical problems.
- Develop applications and solutions with support from AI technologies and modern development tools
- Participate in AI-related internal projects, PoCs, and client solutions
- Work closely with engineering and solution teams to improve development productivity and solution quality
- Explore how AI can optimize coding, testing, documentation, and software delivery processes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Support troubleshooting, testing, and optimization activities.
Requirements
- Final-year student or graduate in Information Technology or related fields.
- Strong foundation in programming and computer science fundamentals
- Familiar with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar
- Proactive mindset and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
- Strong self-learning capability and adaptability.
