The Job
Objective:
- Design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence solutions, including machine learning models and algorithms.
- Work with large datasets, build and optimize AI systems and collaborate with software engineers and data scientists.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deploy AI/ML models for applications in Generative AI, Computer Vision and predictive analytics
- Fine-tune and customize LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA,...) for internal use cases such as document processing, chatbots and knowledge automation
- Develop computer vision models for object detection, quality inspection, anomaly detection
- Build and deploy forecasting models (time series, demand prediction, trend analysis,...).
- Design and implement recommender systems (content-based, collaborative filtering, hybrid approaches)
- Build and deploy AI Agents using frameworks such as Google AI Development Kit (ADK), LangChain, and other state-of-the-art tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Software, DevOps, Product) to integrate AI models into production systems
- Evaluate and select appropriate tools, frameworks and platforms for AI development and deployment
- Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvements based on real-world data
- Document system architecture, workflows and technical decisions
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields.
1+ years of experience in Generative AI (LLMs, Diffusion models, Prompt Engineering), machine learning and deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers,...), NLP and computer vision - Proficiency in Python programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and data structures & algorithms
- Experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow) and LLM platforms/ APIs (e.g. OpenAI GPT) and tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Proven experience in developing and refining prompts for AI applications
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques is highly desirable
- Familiarity with MLOps, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of data pipeline tools and APIs for integration (RESTful APIs, ETL tools)
- Publications or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects is a plus
