Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide AI adoption initiatives, such as the ALLY Roadshow and AI Masters Development Program.
Design and deliver training curricula, workshops, and hands-on sessions to build employees' AI capabilities and practical skills.
Act as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding approved AI tools, how to use them, and where to seek support.
Maintain an inventory of AI agents, models, and use cases in use across the organization, including ownership, risk classification, and reviews of AI tool accuracy.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
Technology/AI savvy and eager to learn.
Strong coordination, communication, and facilitation skills.
Change management mindset, comfortable driving the adoption of new ways of working.
Basic understanding of AI tools, applications, and AI-related risks.
Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills, both verbal and written.
