Air Freight Capacity Supervisor (Sale)

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for maintaining and selling the company's existing airline products, developing and maintaining external capacity resources, responding to inquiries, providing capacity solutions, and tracking their implementation.
2. Establish and maintain good communication with various airlines, collect, organize, and feedback the latest flight schedules, freight rates, and space availability updates from airlines or same industries companies to customer service colleagues, and reasonably match cargo with available space.
3. Track and feedback flight information and cargo status, promptly handle exceptions reported by customer service and marketing colleagues, and ensure the smooth import and export of cargo.
4. Arrange booking confirmation emails (including price and space availability), track airlines/agents to issue confirmed space and waybill numbers in a timely manner, and promptly share price/space information via internal emails to facilitate order processing.
