- Handle Air freight operations for both export and import cargo.
- Taking the bookings from Airline's systems and release the booking confirmation to vendors/customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Issuing AWB/HAWB from Airline's systems
- Sending Pre-Alert to the agent, bill of lading to customer after goods are delivered to the warehouse.
- Declare the shipment information on the airline's system.
- Coordinate closely with airlines, customs, warehouses, trucking companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely cargo handling.
- Tracking and tracing the cargo and domestic trucking status to ensure timely delivery.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues throughout the Airlines process.
- Checking SOA, payment to vendors, costing, and document filing.
- Other task required by the superiors.
