For Junior to senior level:

Development
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using JS/TS and Cloud services.
Analyze client requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
Work in an Agile development team, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Testing, Debugging, and Troubleshooting
Conduct thorough testing of web applications to ensure functionality, security, and performance.
Work closely with the QC team to identify and resolve bugs or issues promptly.
Debug and troubleshoot production issues to maintain application stability.
Security and Compliance
Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities and cyber threats.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Monitor and enhance application security using Cloud security tools.
Documentation
Create and maintain technical documentation, including API specifications, system architecture, and user guides.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an Agile environment to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
Actively participate in team discussions, code reviews, and collaborative decision-making.
Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous Learning

For Technical leader:

• Ensure project quality and delivery timelines through code reviews, technical design decisions, and early identification of technical risks

• Drive AI tool adoption (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) across the team to improve development productivity
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members to achieve high performance
• Provide technical leadership on basic and detailed design, including generative AI projects
• Understand business goals and provide technical solutions to contribute to business success
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between project goals and technical solutions
  

Fullstack engineers:

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Required Tech Skills and Experience:

• Solid experience building both the frontend and backend of web apps, strong JS/TypeScript, and comfortable working with modern frontend and backend frameworks in general.
• Understanding Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD in practice (e.g. has worked with Terraform, GitHub Actions or similar)
• Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with our current project stacks specifically ([protected info], Remix, NestJS, HonoJS), plus anything around AI - we're especially interested in candidates who've built AI agents or worked with RAG/LLM integration, given where we're heading as a company.

Technical leaders

• Proven experience leading a development team through technical leadership
• 5+ years of engineering experience with strong programming skills (TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, Go, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with AWS for server-side design and development
• High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) for international project communication
• Business acumen to understand business goals and contribute from a technical perspective
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) into development workflows and driving team adoption
• Hands-on experience with modern web frameworks (React, [protected info], [protected info], FastAPI, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with IaC and CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, AWS CDK, etc.)

Preferred

• Experience with agile development methodologies, pair programming, or mob programming
• Proven experience in AI development projects (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI)
• Experience supporting team members' AI utilization and technical growth
• Experience with Azure or Google Cloud in addition to AWS
• Experience working on projects with Japanese clients
