We work closely with major commerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, and operate across two complementary business lines: a managed commerce enablement service for brands and a SaaS platform that scales our marketing intelligence capabilities through technology.

AIRR Labs is founder-led, commercially validated across five markets, and entering a growth phase where our technology platform needs to scale alongside our expanding customer base.

The Opportunity:

Our flagship product, AIRR Space, unifies data from platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Meta, and Google into a single intelligence layer. We help merchants understand what happened, why it happened, and what they should do next.

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to take ownership of AIRR Space's analytical foundation and help shape the future of our product. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is curious, independent, and excited to build the next generation of AI-powered commerce intelligence. We are looking for someone who thinks like a product manager, builds like an analytics engineer, and communicates like a consultant.

Responsibilities:

Business & Product Thinking

• Develop a deep understanding of eCommerce operations and advertiser marketplace ecosystems, including platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Meta, and Google.
• Understand how merchants operate across marketing, sales, inventory, fulfillment, customer acquisition, and profitability.
• Own the business logic, metrics, and analytical models behind AIRR Space.
• Translate complex business questions into scalable data solutions and product capabilities.
• Identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful value for merchants through automation, intelligent recommendations, and better decision-making.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Design, build, and maintain scalable SQL data models that power AIRR Space.
• Define and maintain business metrics, KPIs, and analytical frameworks used throughout the product.
• Apply strong data modeling principles and understand modern data architecture, including ELT workflows, APIs, and analytical databases.
• Work closely with software engineers to translate analytical logic into production systems.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across the platform.
• Continuously improve the way data is structured, modeled, and used within AIRR Space.

Communication & Ownership

• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and engineering execution.
• Take ownership from problem definition through implementation with minimal supervision.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the product, data foundation, and customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Min 3 years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, product analytics, or a related technical role.
• Experience working with e-commerce, marketplaces, SaaS products businesses are strongly preferred.
• Strong SQL skills with experience building production-grade data models. Solid understanding of data modeling, data pipelines, APIs, and analytical databases.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Highly independent, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
