AP & AR Accountant/ Kế toán công nợ

• Review and verify Purchase Orders (PO), contracts, and supplier invoices to prepare payment documents, input data into the accounting system, and submit for approval.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve payment-related issues and ensure smooth processing of financial obligations.
• Liaise with banks regarding account services, remittance transactions, loan drawdowns, and other banking matters.
• Monitor Sales and Leasing Agreements, issue Debit Notes, and follow up with customers/tenants to ensure timely collections.
• Secure company revenue by verifying receipts, posting transactions, and issuing VAT invoices, while resolving discrepancies when necessary.
• Track and manage accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and support debt collection activities.
• Prepare and monitor AR Aging reports and revenue reports, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Handle VAT reporting and support VAT refund procedures where applicable.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all AP/AR records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, annual audit processes, and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Other Duties:

• Support finance-related projects or system implementation when required.
• Assist other accounting team members when necessary.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or management.
