About the Role
You will be responsible for end-to-end vendor invoice processing and payment, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery against agreed KPIs. You will work closely with stakeholders in Singapore and Vietnam in a digital, automation-driven finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Scan and verify vendor invoices through the OCR system within agreed KPIs.
Perform 3-way and 4-way matching; investigate discrepancies and invoice exceptions, and implement corrective actions.
Route 2-way match invoices for verification and approval, and process them on time.
Process and post all payment requests within agreed KPIs.
Review GST codes and other tax exposures during invoice processing.
Respond to stakeholder queries on vendor invoice issues and communicate resolutions clearly.
Follow up periodically with stakeholders on aged invoices pending their action.
Participate in system user acceptance testing (UAT) when required.
Liaise with the designated IT team to resolve day-to-day system issues.
Support internal and external audits and business unit requests, including document provision.
Requirements
Diploma in Finance & Accounting, Certified Accounting Technician, LCCI or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in Finance P2P processes.
Good spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required).
Experience with SAP FICO (an advantage).
Ability to use AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude) to improve productivity, data analysis, documentation and problem-solving.
Meticulous, with strong attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with business users in Singapore.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify automation and AI improvement opportunities in finance processes.
A team player who collaborates well with colleagues across Vietnam and Singapore and is comfortable in a digital, automation-driven environment.
