Role Overview:
Support the sales team across the full sales lifecycle - from technical consultation and proposal development to on-site services for Azbil's instrumentation, control, and automation solutions (field instruments, controller, DCS).
Key Responsibilities:
Work with salesperson and customers to identify business needs, develop suitable solutions, and address technical queries and issues.
• Visit customers when appropriate to assist specific technical application.
• Perform sizing and proposal for field instruments (control valves, transmitters, flow meters, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams and sub-vendors to compile technical and pricing data for project proposals.
• Provide technical support for activities such as product training, presentations, demonstrations, Webinars and Seminars.
• Provide on-site services as needed, including equipment calibration and technical support during Testing & Commissioning activities.
• Produce technical documentation (application notes, white papers) and report progress regularly to direct manager.
Yêu cầu
• Fresh or about 1-2 years of experience in Automation, Electrical, Mechatronic engineering or sales.
• Honest, responsible with a positive mindset and eagerness to develop new skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer-focused mindset.
• Good English skills.
• Willing to travel frequently.
Age & Gender: Male, 22-26 years old
Salary: According to company policy for Junior Sales/Engineer positions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiar with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Experience working in a Japanese business environment is an advantage.
