Mô tả công việc
• Service support (implementation, troubleshooting) for Manufacturing system (MES, BI, Planning, M2M).
• Develop backend service, tool for data collection, database development.
• Responsible for software/new solution demonstration at customer site.
• Collaborate/Contact with HQ for software/system implementation, quotation, proposal [protected info]
• Coordinate with Panasonic customers and providing technical software support/training.
Yêu cầu
• Knowledge and experience of OOP programming and SQL database.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
• Bachelor Degree in IT or related courses.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Good at teamwork, communication and customer-oriented skills.
