Develop and deploy practical AI agents using the bbv AI Hub for both client and internal projects.
Design clear, efficient, and scalable workflows for AI applications.
Turn ideas or requirements into working solutions that can be reused across projects.
Support users during implementation and help improve solutions based on feedback.

Good Python programming skills, able to build AI applications independently (at least 1+ year of experience).
Understand how to design and build AI workflows (e.g. LLM-based applications).
Have a structured thinking mindset when solving problems and building systems.
Able to communicate clearly about AI solutions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Good English communication skills (both speaking and writing).
